Chess Club offers Memorial Park students a fun opportunity to learn strategy, improve critical thinking skills, and enjoy friendly competition through playing chess. Whether you want to learn or an experienced player, all 6th-8th grade students are welcome to join and challenge themselves in this engaging club.

Hot Mess Mariachi Memorial meets weekly on Monday afternoons rehearsing and preparing traditional Mariachi music. Sixth, seventh and eighth grade violin, trumpet, guitar and bass players prepare music for area performances and Multi-cultural events. Contact Ms. Phillips if you are interested.

An after-school club where students can experiment with traditional hand building techniques like coil building and additive and subtractive methods. Students will also explore the pottery wheel and glaze their final creations.

Robotics Club is an exciting extracurricular program where students design, build, code and operate VEX IQ robots. Through hands-on learning and teamwork, they develop problem-solving skills while preparing to compete in the VEX challenge in the spring.
